Berry Patch Update…May 13, 2026
Berry vines have lots of green berries and blooms. Bees are working the blooms…really appreciate the bees and other pollinators.
A few berries are turning a light red. We estimate that it will be very end of May or first week in June before enough berries are ready for PYO. Cool weather and lots of clouds have slowed berry development.
A late freeze in March knocked out our small peach crop for the 4th year in a row. There will be no peaches for this year.
