Berry Patch Update….May 20, 2024
Blackberry picking time has finally arrived. The Berry patch will open for u-pick on Monday, May 27 2024, from 8 am to 5 pm or until picked out. Our regular days to be open will be Tuesday through Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm. Days will be subject to change due to berry availability. The best picking time is between 8 a.m. and 12 noon. Berries have the highest sugar content in the morning hours. Plus, it's much more pleasant for the pickers!

As last year, a picking scale of 1-10 will be used to indicate the availability of ripe berries. With a "1" being a light number of berries being available, and a "10" indicating a large number being ready to pick. The picking scale for Next week will be a 1to 2.
One gallon picking containers will be provided…they will hold 4 to 5 pounds. The availability of Pre-Picked Berries will vary daily. Please call or check the website. You can email, text or call us to order pre-picked berries. Call or text 979-255-3181.
U-Pick berries will be $4.00 per lb. Pre-Picked berries will be $6.50 per quart (1 lb.).
